- All rooms have an ample supply of power points. Smoke detectors are fitted in ground floor rooms, and each house has a fire blanket and extinguisher.

- A barbecue set is available on request.
- During the summer months there are chairs and a picnic table for use in the garden.
- There is parking space on the drive for three cars per house.
