The Red Lion is a small unspoilt country inn. A bar with beamed ceiling and a tiny snug are decorated with masses of photographs of the many films and TV series which have been filmed here. We sell Locally produced Preserves & Honey and various gifts are for sale in the bar. Also available are Postcards, Books, Maps, Stamps etc, as well as a selection of Ice Cream, Chocolates and other confectionery. Hot drinks and Bar Snacks are also served. The selection of ales include locally brewed Black Sheep Bitter and Riggwelter, Worthington Creamflow, Carling Lager, Guinness and Thatchers Gold Cider.
Opening times are 11 AM to 3 PM and 7 PM to 11pm PM everyday. At busy times of the year these times may change.
