Per person per night including full English Breakfast. We take reservations by phone, followed by confirmation in writing and a £40 non returnable deposit in the event of cancellation of all or part of your reservation. Rooms are available from 4:30pm on day of arrival til 10:00am on day of departure. Prices are from £28 to £32 per person per night

Family Room - Sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 children and 2 adults. May also be taken as a double or twin room. En-suite, colour TV.
Evening meal is £17 per person. THIS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED We regret that we cannot accommodate any pets or children under five years. Ivy Dene is a non-smoking establishment. Single rooms are not available. Single occupancy of a double room is £55 per night subject to availability
