Terms and Conditions

1. We will place an entry to our standard design for the accommodation type specified by you on the web pages of www.accommodationyorkshire.co.uk - The Yorkshire Dales Directory.
2. We will upload your approved entry, as soon as reasonably possible after you accept these Terms, usually no more than 72 hours from agreement.
3. We will ask you to check for errors, and inform us of any changes necessary. These will be rectified as soon as possible.
4. You will provide all material for the entry or page(s) and be responsible for its accuracy*
5. We are not responsible for the quality of images displayed on the page(s)*
6. You warrant that you own or are authorised to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Information.
7. The content of the entry will be subject to our approval.
8. Permission is granted by the customer to use photos & other materials from listings on the internet shall be deemed by our editors to allow use of such material on our website without further permission being needed from third parties. Images and text may be used on our sites to enhance our pages in our aims to promote accommodation in general.
9. You will ensure that the Information displayed on the page(s) is accurate and up to date at all times. You are responsible for informing us of changes to the information displayed, and checking after the update.
10. We reserve the right, without notice, to amend or delete any Information on the entries that, in our reasonable opinion, is defamatory, obscene or materially inaccurate or in breach of any law or advertising code of practice.
11. In consideration of us providing the Service you will pay the charges agreed.
12. Transactions, invoicing and payments, will be made via Royal Mail. Payment can be made directly into our account after negotiation.
13. We will provide the Service for 12 months from the date of uploading your entry to our servers.
14. If a fault occurs in the site you should report it immediately, whereupon we will use reasonable efforts to remedy it.
15. We cannot be held responsible for any downtime of servers. If this persists we will make use of alternative servers.
16. The Yorkshire Dales Directory (www.accommodationyorkshire.co.uk) cannot be responsible if "old" pages are "cached" on search engines.
17. A "Free Entry" may be available from time to time. Please email us for details of such offers.
18. We may change these Terms at any time by giving you 60 days' prior written notice.

*Unless we have undertaken to write copy and provide photographs on your behalf. And subject to the limitations of our servers.
