Wensleydale Yorkshire Dales

Regarded by many as one of Yorkshire's best, Wensleydale is popular with tourists and visitors.

Situated between Wharfedale to the south and Swaledale to the north, Wensleydale is the longest of the dales in the National Park at 64km (40 miles).

Wensleydale is a good choice for visitors who like walking on the high fells and valley bottoms. The towns of Hawes and Leyburn are well liked for their many pubs, shops, tea shops, and hotels.
